Terms Of Service

• Buying art from me means you're accepting my tos• My turn around time depends on how many commisions or requests i have and my spare time (i'm still a student and sometimes i have no time to draw anything)Tat is about 2 months - after this time the customer may request a refund. However, I always try to make arts earlier•I can resign in any moment before the sketch due to personal issues, customer has the same right• Payment after sketch (doesn’t apply to sketch commission)•After i finish the sketch i will share it with you to be sure if you're ok with my concept. When you accept it there will be no refunds unless i fail to deliver the work before the deadline•I have the right to share my work without asking for your permission (including nsfw on my twitter acc), you will be tagged as commissioner and character owner The exception is when you request me not to publish it•Removing credit/watermark puts you on blacklist•Please dont be mean or disrespectful, im not gonna tolerate that•When you commission me it doesn't mean that all my drawing time belongs to you, please respect that•I require good quality reference sheet or a detailed description of the character (i prefer reference sheet). If something is not included in the reference please tell me about it when ordering. I need you to tell me what thematic or maybe even pose you want in the artwork►SHARING◄•I don't share my .psd files to the client!•You can share my artworks/crop them, but only if the signature is visible and you add a link to the author!•You can use my artwork in any kind of RP, if the character on the comission belongs to you.•I allow taking inspiration from my artwork.•You can use my artwork as your profile picture if the character belongs to you and you credit me•I don't allow using my art for any money gaining purposes like making merch or pins (you can print it only for personal use)►REFUSALS◄•I have the right to decline the commission if the client has been problematic in the past or I'm not willing to do so•I have the right to decline the commission if the character I have to draw is stolen/doesn't fit my style•I have the right to decline the commission to a person who is on a black list or has written bewares about them•I won’t take a commission from person who is openly pedo/zoophile/racist/homophobic etc.►PAYMENT◄•Payment via paypal•I accept €, $ (alternatively PLN)•+10% base price for complicated design•+90% base price for another character►HOW TO COMMISSION ME◄Please contact me via my discord
